Cure in Place Trenchless Pipe Lining

Cure in place trenchless pipe lining is a minimally invasive process which allows the rehabilitation of existing drainage pipe without having to tear it out and replace it conventionally. An epoxy-saturated felt tube is inserted into the pipe, inflated, and left to cure in place. After the liner has cured, the result is a brand-new pipe within the old pipe with a minimum 50-year life expectancy.

In many cases, our cure in place pipe lining costs are 20–30% less expensive than conventional dig, demolition, and replace methods. In all cases, the pipelining process is less intrusive and faster than conventional repair.

Why Choose Trenchless?

Consider the additional costs associated with traditional re-piping: tearing into flooring, driveways, roads, and landscaping — then backfilling and restoring everything after the repairs. In many areas, property owners are also required by law to bring the affected areas up to current codes. With the pipe lining process, this is not necessary because we are only working on the interior of the piping system and do not disturb surrounding areas.

Mansfield can prep, repair, and be out of your way in a fraction of the time required for conventional repairs. We have used this method to save customers from having to cut up sidewalks, main roads, and even foundations — resulting in significant cost savings on complex jobs. A physical inspection is required to ascertain the layout and design of the piping system, the type of pipe material, and other factors. Contact us and we can walk you through the process and provide a proposal.
